What is a hosting
service and why do I need one?
Every website on the
internet is stored on a server. A server is like a special computer
made for storing websites and other similar information. The server
is run by a hosting company. That company "hosts" your website on
their server. The cost for this is around $100/year depending on the
type of package and features that you need.
What is domain
registration?
A domain is the "something.com"
such as "bonniemartindesign.com". To own a domain for your website,
you have to register it. This can be done with the same company that
hosts your website, or it can be done with a separate registration
service.
Where do I get my
stuff printed?
When I design
something for you, I give you the digital file. You can take that
file to any printer. Kinko's is a common place, and you can also use
any local service.
I can print
your business cards at a flat rate of $40 per 100 cards. All other
designs (postcards, brochures, etc) will be provide to you digitally
and you can take them to any professional printer for printing.
How much does

What payment
methods do you accept?
All major credit cards
via PayPal, e-checks via PayPal, regular checks or money orders,
cash. In some cases a 50% down payment is required before I begin
your project.
How long will it
take before my project is finished?
New website designs
are usually completed in 1-4 weeks. Business cards, brochures,
postcards, and flyers are usually completed within one week.
